Name, Employee Number, Email ID, Windows Authentication ID, DC Location, Category, Department, Membership Start, Membership End, Fine Amount, Supervisor, User Added On, Revised On, Revised By

Purpose of Processing:

To register you in iSLIM portal.
To allow you to reserve/borrow/return the library items.
To allow you to pay fine in case of loss/delayed return of library items, where applicable.
To allow you to submit the article(s) written by you which can be searched by other iSLIM portal users.
To allow you to propose new items to the library.
To allow you to visit approved third-party vendor like IEEE through the iSLIM portal.

Data Recipients:

Authorized Internal Teams of Infosys such as ETA, IS, Finance and authorized service provider, where applicable.

Data transfer (International):

There is no cross border transfer involved as your personal information will be stored on Infosys servers located in India.

Data Storage:

Your data will reside on Infosys servers located in India.

Security Measures

Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, unauthorized or accidental loss or destruction of the Personal Data.

Retention Period

Personal Data that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed in a secure manner.
